QIAR 2026 is open to architects, interior designers, firm principals and serious interior enthusiasts. The delegation is curated, so every application is reviewed personally.
What does the package include?
Return tickets, five-star accommodation at W Doha, studio visit access, high-end dining, workshop fees, exhibition entries, the private Zekreet desert excursion and all networking dinners.
How do I secure my spot?
Submit the application form or message the team on WhatsApp. Slots are limited and confirmed on a first-reviewed, first-confirmed basis.
Do I need a visa for Qatar?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Once your application is confirmed, the team will guide you through the requirements for your passport.
When is QIAR 2026?
October 3rd to 10th, 2026: seven days based in the West Bay district of Doha, Qatar.
Can I attend only part of the week?
The retreat is designed as a single continuous expedition, so full-week attendance is strongly recommended. Contact the team to discuss exceptions.
